Tasked with a complete organizational rebrand following a leadership shift, I functioned as the Sole Creative & Systems Lead to deliver a unified brand ecosystem in under four months.
The scope encompassed the entire Meridian Zero Degrees identity: from visual design systems and PHP/WordPress architecture to high-fidelity 3D-rendered assets and award-winning physical collateral.

Following the success of the initial launch, I was brought back to lead the expansion of the entire ecosystem to include the new Georgia campus. I took total ownership of the project's lifecycle, managing the scope and budget while ensuring the brand stayed consistent across both locations.
