My Role
Creative Director
Guided the interactive design vision and overall creative direction
Managed a team of 14 multimedia designers/programmers + 2 sales associates
Oversaw production workflow and delivery across multiple client engagements
Designed UI/Content outline for this project.
What I did
Wrote business plans and supported early startup marketing initiatives
Defined scopes of work + contracts, including a “Welcome CD-ROM” outline and production roadmap
Created customer-facing documentation: roadmap + glossary/help guide to clarify roles and process
Built project budgets and pricing, and partnered with sales to initiate and close projects
Managed Video shoots included personally filming Peter Lynch Interview
My Role
Creative Director
The conversion journey had grown noisy and uneven over time: too many competing routes, too much promo distraction, and too many moments where “ready to book” users were asked to think harder than they needed to.

My Role
Contract Designer
A continuation of my work as Creative Director at Iconic i.d. for PCOM. PCOM wanted to refresh their second CD-ROM and add coverage of the Georgia campus. I delivered the update as an independent contractor, working evenings and weekends while holding a full-time position.
What I did
Designed and coded the presentation
Filmed students on location
created all content - except the 3D of students walking on campus - this was outsourced to a good friend of mine.

My Role
Creative Director
Led a three-person design team (including myself) to build the full go-to-market package for a new startup venture—creating the marketing CD, website, and supporting collateral, and contributing to foundational business materials including the business plan, client-facing documentation, proposals/contracts, and related operational templates.

Lea Wenban
Senior/Principle Product Designer (UI/UX)
I build robust enterprise experiences—design systems, end-to-end journeys, and clean UI that goes from concept to launch without drama.
That said, I’m a real person who’s easy to work with, keeps ego in check, and loves constructive critique (bring it on!).
Coffee’s on me (virtually) — drop me a line.
